Hey, happy New Year. And yes, 100%. I definitely need to incorporate encouraging people in my direct surroundings a bit more. I went to an international school and I went to school in New York and moved back to Europe afterwards. So I feel like I'm constantly being very encouraged, encouraging to people that are very far away from me. But I live close to a few members of my family and definitely in the day to day. We're busy
