The newest episode off the Chit & Chat; encouraging one another podcast is out
Her book, called Trauma Queen, is about some things she has faced and the toughest one is the loss of a child and she shares about that and some mental health issues she has faced along the way with depression, anxiety and PTSD, as well as several others. She's hoping this book will help those who, one, kind of are afraid to ask for help, and two, that people who have gone through these dramatic issues and steps in their life may help them process it a little better
