And this school bond was for one thing and one thing alone, and that was to improve, enhance and ensure that our schools were secure and were able to be locked down in case of a mass shooter. The school I work at, like many of the other schools in my community, and I'm sure around the country, were built during a great period of expansion back in the 1960s
My us taxes are an absolute nightmare. And the worst part of it is that my taxes are not complicated. I make less money than is required to pay the bare minimum of taxes, meaning I pay zero taxes in both countries because my income is so low. And yet to file taxes is a nightmare and costs a ridiculous amount of money. Mental frustration, stress, tension, all of this could be automated, all because of money. Because that's really what it's all about, right?

It breaks my heart, and I agree with Christine that there's so much inequity and so much frustration we all hold, and all we can do is inch by inch, step by step, which what you do every day make things better
