And these are the things that I think really make your life full. If you're fortunate enough to have a dog, I encourage you to take your dog along on these walks. But that's what I do. I go outside. I see a lot of people when questions like this or this question is raised, they talk about prayer. And that's a great thing. That's a great thing. I am not minimizing anybody's faith. Nature. Nature is divine. It's such a teacher. And it's a constant painting with an invisible brush that keeps on showing its next layer, its next beauty, its next color. It's so fun to just watch and be mesmerized, really, by the ever changing aspects of nature. The wind on a leaf that makes it move. A bird, a change, changing sky. To be in that rhythm is beautiful. Thank you for the reminder
I could not agree with you more as I'm recording this. It is about 68 degrees outside. Sunny, really, really nice and beautiful. There's green meadow across from me, blue mountains and I'm like you whenever anything is up or I feel a little off whenever I take that walk, right? And I usually walk about at least five times a week, it just clears my mental space and it helps me get through and helps me deal with what I need to
