I like a potato salad that has a lot of stuff in it, has onions in it, and celery is a must. Also has crispy bacon, top of it, and hard boiled eggs are also in it. The dressing is pure mayonnaise and liberally salt and pepper. To me, that's potato salad at its finest. But I do enjoy a german potato salad, a vinegar and mustard baste with sauteed onions and bacon. And I find a great deal of delight in that as well

I love this one of the potato salad. It does make me have memories of my childhood and my mum, who used to make the most superb potato salad. But it also made me think of how I love cabbage salad because it kind of is in the similar genre of salads and memories and appreciations. So thanks for the going on. Of all the ideas
