Later in the spring, I'm going to cook some beef ribs or dino ribs, and I'll be using my pit barrel, so it's going to be kind of an indirect thing, and I'm looking forward to doing that later. The picture is is a leg of lamb, and that was a lot of fun, and it really turned out nicely. Did a garlic, rosemary, and lemons with some olive oil, and that's what I basted it with

I like to grill bison a lot, like bison steaks. But I was just with a friend who had a traeger, like a wood pellet stove or wood pellet grill. Really cool little contraption. I, myself, don't have a grill at the moment, but I definitely enjoy a good reason to go over to a friend's house who does. So yeah, man. Thanks for sharing your journey. And what lights you up?
