And then, to be honest with you, I think the long term effects of morale in the classroom as well as the morale amongst the teachers, is going to be hard to determine at this point. But I think that's something where a strong administration that's approving and implementing only one set of rules and even reinforcing it amongst all the classrooms is really the only way to reduce this friction amongst the staff.
