Healthy habits include eating well, working out well, sleeping well and yes, your mental attitude. I'll release a separate podcast on mental health coming back to healthy habits. Eating well. First of all, this is the most important behavior as it fuels our body. Better the fuel, better the body. Of course, there's not much to be done for this. Just be aware of which food is good and bad for you. I'll just keep it short

Hi, Jatin. You're absolutely right. And I really agree with the point that healthy mind is healthy body carries healthy mind and until or unless you are healthy, you'll not have that strength to deal with situations or to work or to come up with creativity. And one thing I really believe is until or unless you are healthy, your mind will not support you to native to work in a different way and it will not allow you to be efficient at the workplace
