Positive results

So anyway, but I do have to say that I do experience hunger in the afternoons, and I try to curb the hunger with water and snacking on fresh vegetables and fruit. Not too much of it, but that's what I've been doing, and I'm also focusing on mindful eating when I do eat so that I can enjoy the foods I do eat and savor them. And that's about it
