Weight loss update

Not too much of it, but that's what I've been doing, and I'm also focusing on mindful eating when I do eat so that I can enjoy the foods I do eat and favor them. And that's about it. The afternoons are the hardest for me, but like I said, I'm substituting it with some fruit and or vegetables, mostly like carrots or an Apple
