How to approach failure

article image placeholderfailure
And quite honestly, it's good to allow yourself those moments to be sad and to be disappointed or whatever emotions that you get if you do fail or when you do fail. But I think it's important to not let those emotions be all consuming, taking a moment or a day or two or however long that you need in order to process those negative emotions that's different from letting it completely consume you to the extent that you would never apply yourself again

Failure sucks, but it can redirect us. How do you confront failure?

I am my own harshest critic. I think that's true of everybody. But when I fail and I don't meet my own expectations of myself, I get really disappointed in myself and mad at myself and say, need things to myself in my head. Or at least that's what I used to do these days

And on that same token, success is kind of a strange word in itself, right? I mean, does it have to be some huge bank account fancy this fancy that or some kind of external devices, whereas success can just be waking up in the morning and feeling great about yourself. And I have failed multiple times, but I'm definitely getting more comfortable in stretching out and doing things that seem difficult and understanding that whatever result happens, there is success in trying
