This all speaks to the title of this study, which is seeing as believing basically that the more women in power that we see, the more inclined we are to let go of those implicit biases, even when we don't externally realize that we're doing so. But when I took a minute to stop and just to continue to watch it and be in that moment, it was a bit emotional because I suddenly realized how much conditioning was there and to allow some of that to fall away. And then to see how beautiful all of these people are and how happy they were. And it didn't really matter what size they were. That's just one example
