But obviously, black women aren't disqualified for the role of CEOs. There are numerous fantastic Black women in so many different leadership roles throughout the business realm. And yet there are not very many Black women CEOs. There are only two really who have ever been CEOs of a Fortune 500 company. So why does there continue to be then this divide? Why are there only five black people as Fortune 500 CEOs?
