None of the GVW members were the stereotype I had in my mind as a business student, but they were so amazing in their own way, and that really inspired me to accept myself and finally step out of that shell I was hiding in during my first semesters here, and I feel like all of the members of GVW have gone through a similar experience as me, so I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking to become more confident and feel empowered to be themselves to come and check us out

I think it's amazing that GBW not only empowers women, but also fosters the area of diversity and inclusion that we need on campus and in the workforce. And a lot of them became my friends after that, we celebrate birthdays together and have movie nights. So not only do I remember that social as the day I got to meet GBW, but also as the day I met some of my closest friends here at you
It sounds like you all have so much fun at GPW, and the fact that you have found a spot where you are able to be your true, authentic self and feel welcome is fantastic. That's something that I know so many people, including myself, are searching for. Why do you believe it is important to encourage women to be members of the business world

Yet they all overcame the struggles, and in doing so, they became stronger and gained other resilience and perseverance that is more than valuable in the business world
As a global business major myself, I love to hear that your organization places such a large emphasis on gender and cultural inclusivity in the workplace. But what challenges do you think women still face in the business world today

We are in 2021 now and a lot of people would expect or wish that women are free from struggles we faced in the past. And thanks to the brave and strong women that came before us, we are now free to do so many things, things. But that doesn't mean that the fight is over. I know this amazing businesswoman back in Honduras. She is passionate, innovative, creative and smart
Wow. I just wanted to say a big thanks to you and the members meet. Ius Global Business Women striving to create equality for women working in the business world. As you mentioned, we as women have come such a long way in achieving inclusivity. However, our fighting isn't over yet, and there's so much more we need to do to eliminate glass ceilings like the one your friend faces entirely from the work environment. Why do you think global business is so important

There is always a lot to be learned from people in your own country, but even more to be learned from people around the world. I feel that in GBW, I am from Honduras, and my co President is Russian, and we have a total of 100 or more general members and even more alumni from not just the United States, but also China, India, Kenya, Indonesia, Brazil, Italy, and so many more places
I've really connected with your statement that there's a lot to be learned from the people in our own country, but even more to be learned from people that live in other countries. I believe that this ideology is what will allow for our businesses and societies to grow and achieve. Greatness. Thank you for coming on this Webcast today. Eli.
