I feel like we are in this mindset of, well, I had to do it, so you have to do it as well. No, we should want to grow and become better. Like, why is that not the norm? I'm just not understanding. And I know some people, they're like, you know, I don't even like my job, but it pays the bills. It is what it is. Now, to each their own
