I don't have to take initiative on everything. But I'm just a black woman. I don't get the same privileges. I don't get the same head start as other women who are not of color. It's frustrating. And I feel like it's very important that for those of us who have been parentified, that we give ourself grace, that we limit how much time and effort we put into making decisions for others and taking care of others
