Plans To Go To The Gym And Actually Being Consistent

article image placeholderUploaded by @IsabellaSabrina
I take the medication, I use the heating pad, I drink plenty of water, but I still don't feel my best. And I sure as heck do not want to go to the gym during that time. So I am going to push myself, and I hope I could push somebody else as well who has a fitness goal on their new year's resolution to be more consistent. It might not even have to be going to the gym. Exactly

I am trying to excersie more #fitness #workout #blackwomen #mentalwellness #blackgirlsworkout #gymmemberships

Hi Isabella. I love the way you talk. You are so full of confidence and positivity. I listened to your entire podcast. Okay, so let me just introduce myself. I am Kritika. I am from India. A small part of India called Sikkim. It is in the northeast. So yes, I do not look like a normal indian person, more like asian person. But yeah, I am from India. So the way you talk about fitness, you are going on the right track

You feeling confidence in someone, giving inspiration. These are the things which change the life of somebody. So you are doing a great job. You are making people aware regarding their health, and you're putting some kind of confidence in them, and that will be really very helpful. So great job. Keep doing this job. Bye

Okay, hear me out. As you were talking about your cycle, your period, I don't know if you're a bible reader, but in the old testament, women who had their cycle were, you know, they were considered unclean, and they had to go and leave the camp. And it just occurred to me, I have it all wrong. I misunderstood that when I read it, those women were going into a tent, lighting a fire

I think since society has been very capitalistic mindset, we have steered far away from what a woman's body endures during her menstrual cycle. And thank you for sharing that biblical example. I wish I can spend a whole week at home eating my chocolate, watching my reality tv shows, cuddled up on my blanket and don't have to do work
