So you have to try your best to redirect the conversation, because once they take control of the conversation, then there's really no space for you to share your thoughts or accomplish your goal of whatever you're trying to do with your parent. So whether that's your parent likes to tell you how to parent your child, let her know. Okay, you can only come on these certain days. Set boundaries
