things to do in a small town! (any suggestions?)

"…So I'm going to do it this summer. So I'd say there's a restaurant you've always wanted to try or especially like. Usually small towns are surrounded by beautiful hikes in nature. So I'd say maybe there's a river, go tubing or hike a little bit on some nature walks. But also if a small town is close to a big city, I would also say go explore that big city.…"
