Today I'm gonna be interviewing Sean Murphy. And Shaun works with Aspen Heights, which is a housing property here around my school at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. And to start off, I just wanted to ask you, Sean, how you got involved with Aspen Heights and what are you studying and what made you interested in getting with Aspen heights

And really the thing that stood out to me about Aspen Heights and Pullman was that it was going to be a brand new development and I'd have the ability to basically sell PG leases for places. It's going to be brand new. It's going to be a beautiful property. And I'm very, very excited to be bringing this to the Pullman area with the help of my team and my management staff

The only difference being is that when in this lease up phase, and then we're going to be what's called operational in the fall is that my role could change to where I'm not only now having to execute leases and applications, but now I'm going to be having to drive renewals, which is basically like, you stay in an apartment for a certain amount of time, and then we're going to send out a notice being like, hey, do you want to stay another year?

That's really cool that you're able to do all of that as a student. Is that what you want to do after you graduate? And do you want to stay doing kind of what you're doing
