Age is not a limiter

Thank you. So I'm 56 years old and I'm getting ready to run a twelve hour race. And it is a loop course, and you run from 08:00 A.m. To 08:00 P.m. And see how many miles you can accomplish in that time frame. And somebody the other day, upon realizing I was doing this, said to me, why on earth are you doing that at your age or at your stage in life? And I thought, who thinks that way?

Vicky. What an awesome, awesome post. And I'm wishing you well on your journey, which I think just happened. Can you give us an update? And your message is heard loud and clear. It can't be amplified enough. People need to feel themselves without looking at an age without even looking in the mirror, but feeling what their soul's journey is asking them to do next. And just do it. And you are doing it. It's inspiring. Thank you so much

I've never believed in that. And I thank my mom because she was always a go getter. She ran a ten K without any training just because and she taught me that you can do whatever you put your mind to and I've always believed that. So my philosophy in life is no regrets and I do not want any regrets in my life at the end. And so I just go for it. I go for whatever is out there and I look at everything as a challenge

Hey, thank you for responding. You are an inspirational person. I think Swell is a great platform for you. I think it's going to allow for people to come on and have dialogue and not just listen to you, but actually engage with you. So I encourage you to keep your focus here as a swell cancer. As we grow, you'll grow
