What do young people need to know about money & investing?

So I'm wondering, based on your experience, if you have any advice or if you could tell anything to your younger self in your 30s about what to do with square money and what to learn about investing early on

But where I would start is just deciding what asset class do you feel comfortable with? Is it stocks? Is that what you want to do? Is it land? Do you want to own apartment buildings? Lots of different ways to actually have trickling money come in on that investment as well as the overall growth. But I'd really try to understand what it is that you would feel comfortable with

I have a question for you. I've actually heard from a number of people in the past that municipal bonds are the way to go. And I'm assuming that now, given everything that's happened over the last year with regards to of it, that's not the case
