Okay. So Paloma, you know I want to ask you a question regarding yoga. People know that yoga and exercise helps physical outcomes like weight loss, improved energy levels, etc. But there is really less awareness about out the whole mental health aspect and the outcomes and benefits of being fit and how much it could help mental health. So can you give us your thoughts on this that how do you translate this awareness into like exercise, action

And we know that any kind of perception happens when your body and lung integrates the signal to your mind and it is due to yoga and through the various asanas and the blood flow that your mind understands and perceives, I would say the feelings that your body tries to signal to your

So, Karishma, I have a very interesting question for you. Okay. A lot of people often complain about one thing, that they have lost a lot of weight, but again, after their normal eating habits, they gain back the weight that they have lost. What do you think can be a solution to this? And what do you think is a reason that even after weight loss, they kind of quickly bounce back the amount of weight?
@Karishma

Thank you for that beautiful insight. Paloma another thing I wanted to ask you was that I came across an article that talked about how yoga and regular workouts might help people who are prone to anxiety become less likely to get those kind of panic attacks or anxiety attacks because during workouts the body produces many of the same physical reactions, heavy perspiration, heart rate increase, etc. And people who regularly exercise actually show better anxiety sensitivity than those who didn't

So I feel like if you achieve your weight loss goals and if you do them in a sustainable way, where you've seen you've done something for a long time, you've eaten all the things that you like, your emotional health is in check. Your mental health is in check. You haven't kind of deprived yourself of a lot of things, then that's the best way in which you lose weight. And nine out of ten times people don't gain that weight back

Definitely there is an overall understanding that people who do different set of exercises feel overall better in their daily lives and living. And people who have a very monotonous and stagnant lifestyle definitely don't have that kind of pump up for their everyday life. Now, a simple understanding is if I'm an athlete, be it an athlete or be it not be an athlete. Any kind of physical activity keeps a person happy, healthy and much more active in the understanding of day to day life
@palomayoga

And how do you think diet and nutrition can benefit a diabetic person in the long run? And how do you think a diabetic diet is different from a normal nutritional pattern
@Karishma
Karishma Shah
@Karishma · 0:16
I completely agree with your understanding and explanation of the mind connect with yoga and the different aspects of yoga which people think that it's just exercise but actually there's so much moderate. Thank you for that Elaboration. I think it kind of solves so many questions
@Karishma

Now, in diabetics, they don't understand that it's very important for them to keep a check on their insulin levels, to keep a check on their glucose levels. And this is a daily job. And once they learn how to do this on a daily basis, they shouldn't be going hyperglycemic, which is a very low state of sugar, and they shouldn't be becoming hyper glycemic, which is a very high state of sugar

But do the I effects of physical activity extend beyond the short term? And I would love to have your views on the link between the whole physical activity and the mood perspective in this
@palomayoga

But as a holistic understanding, how do you think how important and how distinctive and different do you think is child nutrition and adult nutrition and what do you think should be the digestion pattern and the metabolic pattern of a child rather different from an adult? And do you think the fiber, protein and the carb content how should we balance between a child or an adolescent and an adult body

So there are certain aspects which do prove to us beyond any doubt that physical activities does definitely improve your lifestyle, improve your living, improve your perspective, improve the way, how you react and how you emote and how you behave with your fellow human being, with your near and dear ones, with your friends, with your family and with and also the way you would actually conduct yourself in a very intimate relationship as well

Hello Paloma Ma'am, I have a question for you as you have beautifully explained like how yoga is like a good healer for the body, mind and soul. But there is also a case like there are also several Asnas which a layman cannot perform unless until that person is being trained from childhood. Like a person in the mid 40s or 50s cannot perform the asanas which require flexibility of the body. So what should that person do then?

How i can overcome anxiety issues without the medicines and stuff?

Hello Karishma Ma'am. I'm Priti. And from the introduction, I came to know that you're an anxiety counselor too. So I have a question related to that. Actually, I'm a second year student, College student. And like from some time I'm facing some anxiety issues. So to overcome my anxiety, I have Googled it to know more about it and how can I overcome it. But instead of helping me, the Google results are scaring me more

Hello. Many teenagers have been going through anxiety issues. One of my friends has also fallen under this trap. She don't like engaging with new people. She don't feel like going out. She don't feel like having a conversation with anyone. Could you advise something so that I can help her out
