Let's start by introducing AYUSH Parat Weba. What is the portal all about? Can you explain in detail

@wordsmith

Hi Srija and Hi Swel. I am Webb of Jain. Thank you Srija for the kind introduction about Ayesvarat. As you rightly said, we at Ausbarad are actually building an ecosystem of health care where care can be delivered using traditional wisdom of treatment. It's the world's first platform which connects all the alternative medicine pathways, especially that are available in India like Ayurveda homeopathy, all together in one place

Thank you for that introduction. Webhav. And I think the world is increasingly looking at alternative medicine avenues, and this will be I think a boon in disguise is for a lot of people to be able to connect to practitioners who are experts in their fields, be it Ayurveda or homeopathy and to be able to do it from the comfort of your home. I when did the seed for the idea of AYUSH Paret get sown in your mind? And when does the journey actually start

When I was in the US ten years ago, I got, you know, gouty arthritis. It's a very painful situation. And the medicine that was prescribed to me nearly, you know, stopped me from working because of the discomfort that I had. Luckily, I found my cure with Dr. Mirandaji who is an Arabic physician. And in three months time I was up, I had no issues. Similarly, my co founders, Abhinav and Vishal also had their similar experiences

I think your initiative wouldn't be counted as one of those rare positive outcomes of the pandemic. How soon will we be able to log into the app and get a consultation with an Ayurvedic physician or homeopath, for that matter

So Shrija. The app is now live on Google Play Store for Android phones. The web version is also live. People can visit iOS bharat.com it's double.com or they can find ayushbarat app on Google Play store. We are working on the iOS version and it will be soon live as well

I have shared the link to the website right on top in the introduction for those who might be interested in visiting the website. Weber, now that we are in a scenario where a lot of of things are moving offline, what is the likelihood of people going in for online consultations, especially for Ayurveda and homeopathy? Do you think that they would still go in for virtual consultations

But there is a very drastic change in the consumer behavior where people would definitely want to consult with the doctors or with the experts with the comfort of their phone rather than going and waiting for hours. Together we see people who have shifted from an offline mode to an online mode. Especially there are patients who travel all the way. We connect people from one city like Mumbai to the opera in Indoor

Good to know that the future looks really bright. You know, as far as taking alternative medicine to the Masters through online medium is concerned, what about the physicians? How have they responded to the idea of giving virtual consultation? Did it take some time to onboard them to this concept

So these physicians are very excited about it. Especially because there are so many tools which are developed keeping modern as the prime practice and we are developing this keeping AYUSH as the prime focus. So they work with us daily in and out, help us design the solution. We have developed some AI and ML based solutions which will also help them treat better. There is some diagnosis tool which is helping them out

So being a technology company we are actually geography agnostic. We are fully functional in India right now. We've recently launched the beta version in US, UK, Canada, Australia and Dubai. Dubai is a very attractive region because there we have heard that insurance is also now covering the cost towards the Ayurvedic treatment

Thank you so much Suja for having me here. Thank you so much. Swell for building such a wonderful tool. You know, I wanted to say it earlier, I logged into Swell a couple of months ago and then when I logged in today I saw the interface change and it's really wonderful. It's really very catchy and I definitely would like to be more active on Spell from now on and share more updates with the users
