At my job. Everyone is leaving. My manager doesn't have the power to make staying worth their while, and those higher up are cheap and high up to see the value of investing in their employees. Employees. My supervisor said he'd lose it if I left and to stay as long as I could. It's stressful and I'm not even doing what I love as a creative copy paste reformat and upload and then do it all over again

I'm recording it sounds like you need a new job badly, but I would find another one before you quit. But if you're not happy doing that, you don't love doing it's. Not worth it. You need to do something else. So I wish you the best of luck. And yeah, find a new job and then quit that one. And you said your supervisor or somebody who would flip out if you left. That's not your problem

But you just look at your recent opportunity and you felt like if you quit from it, you will not find it. No, there is a lot of opportunity because the liability is from God only. So he would not forget us. What I wanted to say is to try to be optimistic a little bit, and for sure we will be fine. I just wanted to give it just a bit of advice. Thank you. Bye
