So that's one thing I have an issue with but what usually helps me too is since I have all my current projects on Procreate right now, I've moved over a lot of previous things I've drawn improved on them and I have them as reference so I could always take characters that I have as original characters and stuff and use those as references as foundations to help build new things or attachments to those characters and that's what helps me to get out of that fan art abyss
I don't know if you said this. I don't think you did. So forgive me, but do you tend to do mashups like this a lot? If you do, keep them coming? I love it. I think it's super creative. You flex your art muscles and you flex your creative muscles. And the end result is pretty darn cool
But the one that the complete piece that you saw there that took probably like a month plus to do because I drew all the characters individually and then I put them all on one piece together like that. So usually I try to get like a couple of characters done each week because that's my main thing. I just like character design mostly, but I'm very glad you enjoyed it. I think right now, unless something else crazy happens, I think that's like the next mash up

Nick, you did such an awesome job on that Dragon Ball or Dragon Sponge mash up. I really like that. I love SpongeBob. Grew up with Dragon Ball Z. Just amazing, both of them. And so that was really cool to see as an artist. You're right. It's just so empowering to finish something and put it all together and make it look awesome. And you did that. So keep up the good work. Keep doing what you're doing

I wouldn't say serious, but I haven't been doing it. What's the right word? Persistently enough. That's what it is. So the past year or so, I've been trying to really jump on that and be a bit more persistent, consistent, all that stuff. And I don't think Instagram is the best method I've been trying to do ticktock as well. But starting from scratch is always difficult, so to speak, depending on what you're doing, I guess
While the androids rather had like, these red, what do they call these red orbs, I guess in their hands that would take energy. And then if we're talking later, towards the end of Z, there's Majin Buu who will just turn you into candy and eat you and take your power from there. And then, like, in the latest manga, there's a character who kind of absorbs key. But yeah, it's pretty crazy
Because usually what I do is I still have a notebook from time to time that if I don't have access to my phone, maybe bad connection or something, I can jot stuff down and then I can transfer it over to my computer or phone or whatever. And then over time I want to start printing my stuff out too. Because I do want physical copies because it is Google. They're pretty good with their service
