So I figured pretty much that at some point they would because there's a lot and a lot of open land out there. So I went online and took a look at it. They showed you the plots of land, telling you what's available, what's the prices, what amenities they have. Right now they only have water and sewer, no electricity. So the land is pretty cheap. $10,000 11,000. $12,000 for a quarter acre of land. Right
