Because when today we talk about individuality, it kind of comes at times with a negative connotation that individuality is selfishness and individuality is just thinking about oneself, but it's absolutely not the case. And I think you stress on that sort of individuality where a very potent sort of individuality where one person achieves in it of their abilities, there's in it of their being themselves in their essence and just does good for oneself and the society, as this is definitely the kind of individuality the world today really means

And that doesn't auger well for humanity or society in general. And therefore this pull and push, this dichotomy of while allowing people to have their point of view but also allowing them to disagree and also having an agenda to move forward is incredibly difficult. And that's why I am little less critical about the way our country is being run because it is incredibly difficult to run this country in a proper, fully democratic manner

So the point really is that you make at the end of your post how do you use individuality, you know, for the betterment rather of the collective? How do we learn to keep those individual opinions and views to ourselves and work towards the larger common purpose, right. Which we have seen in previous generations while our personal there are leaders whose personal views and opinions might have been drastically different, right
