The lessons learned from this experience was I needed to diversify my supplier base and I did implement a new supplier, so I did receive new vendors, and as a result of subsequent launches, we experienced a 20% reduction in supply chain delays. As we had our future launches and future orders, we had a 20% reduction in delays, which contributed to our operational efficiency and an increase of 15% in our customer satisfaction score

Um, the SARS, I've never heard of that, but it sounds really effective and beautiful way to kind of translate and communicate at the same time a situation in a tactical manner. My question is, is this SAR Avenue always the approach that you would recommend, or is it better in some instances and not other instances, or is it a blanket fact of the best way to answer any interview question? Because I'm sure that could trickle down to any question in general

So for me, I always want to just make sure that when I'm interviewing people, I always tell them up front when I ask the behavioral based interview question, I then ask them to structure it in the Situation, Action and Result Response, because I want the person who's being interviewed to get the job ultimately. So I want them to show up in their best light, because nine times out of ten people that are interviewing are also nervous
