WORKPLACE BLUES | Introduction & Quote

article image placeholderUploaded by @hope
So I know it's difficult because we got to put food on the table, but you also have to be healthy and there's a balance. So we're going to talk about that balance this week. Some of the things that they talk about in terms of checking in with yourself have to do with are you feeling depleted? Do you feel tired? And is it hard to get out of bed? Do you not feel excited about your life because of work? Perhaps?

But at the end of the day, I just really am paying attention and being mindful of them and their experience in the workforce because they don't have the same kind of freedoms that I see that a lot of other families do or parents do or that other people see. And so they're worried. They're still worried about making money, and they're nearing retirement

So I think looking at how those commutes affect us and how drained we can be just coming into the office, forget about coming out of the office. Just coming in is worth taking. Worth taking a look at. So thanks

You? Yeah. I found that there are a lot of different avenues and a lot of different areas to concentrate on. When we're talking about being healthy at the workplace, mentally, there's a lot of different components that make up our body. Of course, our body is, as you've heard, a fine tuned machine, and everything works together. So there are so many things that define mental wellness

So I decided to do something else. And each time I figured it out, it was like a rat in one of those mazes, right? You figure out your way, and then something else happens. And you figure out that way. And something else happens and figure out that way. So even though I was smart and I was investing because I was investing, each time something tragic happened, I ended up having to pull investment money out and use it. Because I was on my own

And jobs sort of remind us we're paying our dues, sort of, and we're paving the way. And there's all these levels of psychology behind that, so it's such a rich topic. I just did a swell today to hear people's stories about changes they made that really made their life better. So I'm looking forward to hearing those as well. But thank you guys for participating in this

And that's part of workplace blues, too, especially over the past few months, business headlines have been full of this company, that company, the other company, laying off people. And it can add a ton of uncertainty to our lives. I feel kind of lucky that I kind of landed maybe on 1ft, still trying to make sure that the other foot lands

Workplace blues ..they are bound to happen #worklifebalance

Hi. The topic you have chosen is the most relevant one in today's times. We just can't deny the importance of work life and definitely our mental health. And the other sector aspect of our life definitely matters. So how to strike balance? You have elaborated very well. So I'm not going into it. I'll give my personal take on it and what I personally do
