I just feel that we're kind of higher order beings that to live a life where you're constantly separating sex from emotional intimacy is not how we're designed to be. It is a part of sex, emotional intimacy. It's not that it always has to be that way. I don't think it always has to be that way. But I think a life lived that way, I don't know that that is healthy

I just don't fully see it as healthy, a healthy way to go, I guess. Just not the best way to go maybe, because I think any kind of relationship, whether it's monogamous, pansexual, thruffles, I don't know, would be healthier than just kind of getting off with people and that's it. And you don't really have any depth of relationship up. That's where I'm kind of falling right now

It's not something you just do willy nilly. But women do do it willy nilly. But that's the problem. There's a lot of social political games that are played for one to pass the vibe check to where they really want to do something that they are saying they don't want to do because they don't want to look bad. So to the question, the initial question is anonymous sex and hookups healthy? It can be, depending on who you are

And I recently went on a men's healing weekend, and that was one of the biggest takeaways I got from the weekend, which was hard for me. And I'm trying to put that into practice now is how much I other my needs, how much I look to other people for my support and don't practice supporting myself. I like other people to come in and support me and that's natural. But when you really can't do that for yourself, that's a really dangerous spot
