You wonder why you're ill all the time, why you're nauseated, why your stomach hurts, why you're just miserable. Sometimes you can eat, sometimes you can't. Your body breaks down. The chemicals in your body, the cortisol levels rise, spiraling you down a black hole. When one comes to grips with being ill for so long, you look at everything. How did you grow up? Your childhood? Was there any diseases? What foods did you eat?

Wow. That's really powerful testimony and something that I think a lot of people go through, even if we don't notice it. The effect of our environment and our mental well being on our body and the psychosomatic relationship that exists, that's very present. Yeah. And how much our intuition can really communicate with us when we're sick, when we keep coming up against illness. Really powerful. Thank you for sharing it. I know it's not the easiest thing to do

Being present, and in the moment

It drastically changes the body and the chemistry in the body, allowing for that optimal sleep realm that is just healthier and beneficial all the way around. The holy grail is good sleep at night, and nobody is obtaining that sustainably. And the RSO allowing you to that n three realm sleep has proven tried and true.
