The Problem With the FOOD Pyramid and Why It’s Being Abandoned 😭FATS Is Not Your Enemy( Kind Of)
We've all been told this for many years, we've been shown this for many years. But is there actual data that says we're supposed to be eating a lot of carbs and less fat? Actually, the scientist community and the doctors, they all agree that this entire pyramid needs to be done away with. It is false, it is wrong. But why would we think it's wrong?

That's how you're supposed to go, you'll be okay if you adhere to it, not a lot of sugar, blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, are you serious? So, yeah, I'm with you. This is why America has diabetes. We don't incorporate enough fresh fruit and vegetables. Real sugar, not refined sugar, just real sugar that God gave us. And I don't understand it, but here we go

I noticed that when I eat things that have unrefined sugars, my glucose spikes, but not as bad. So that goes to show you that the refined stuff is really no good. But if we know that eating a bunch of carbs creates this diabetes in everybody, why is this not being put out more? This information, it's wild to me, but thank you so much for listening

And her response to me was like, I got a 14 year old kid, let him enjoy his life and eat as much sugar and pizza and hamburgers as he wants. And I said nothing when she said that to me, but I'm like, yeah, but why would you want your son to kind of like, eat a bad diet when he's young and then maybe possibly incur these diseases when he gets the middle age or older?

It's not wise in a way, because there are others in power, like you mentioned, who will not stand for that. It's just way too much money. Way too much money and minute, if you know what I mean. So thank you. Bye
