This is also important for those who, who don't have diabetes, so that you can watch your own blood sugar numbers so that they don't turn into prediabetes or type two diabetes. So anyway, the chart that you see here is very, very helpful. This lets you know what your blood sugar numbers should be when you're fasting, right after you finish eating, as well as two to 3 hours after eating. So let me just go through that chart first

I used to have a really hard time putting on weight, but I would eat from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep, and I would pack on carbs and all sorts of things once I started eating between, like, an eight hour window every day. And I've been doing this for almost two years now. I honestly gained probably close to 20 pounds. And that might seem like a lot for some people, but that's a very healthy gain for me

We have a registered nurse who is a type two diabetic herself, who has been helping us because a lot of us, we don't like the dawn phenomenon, and we complain about it a lot because we're hearing that it's not a big deal, and then we're hearing that we should be able to get that down. And she told us a way to have better blood sugars in the morning is to stop snacking late at night
