But, yeah, that year I ended up getting diagnosed with two things and my head was just spinning because it's in full blast from my father's side, my mother's side, I guess there's a few, but my mom don't have it and my sister don't have it. My sister came close to being pre diabetic, though earlier this year, she came close, but thankfully her latest blood work has been very good because she takes chromium and Ceylon cinnamon
