And it's not just about the men that are that way, but you have women that are pretty much the same way in regards to being an alpha female, a beta female or a simp female. And more so, let's start with the sims first. I mean, more so with the sims. They pretty much fall for a lot and that's only because they don't really understand the nature of the opposite sex in regards to what they want to attract

And like I said, some of the books that I've read are trying to switch it up a little bit, especially the Amish romances that I love reading, and the other sweet ones where the guys are not like the bad boys type, but they do honor family, and they do take care of Coles, so it's a great balance there. But, yeah, I do thank you for sharing about that guy, Jonathan Ventura, because that's what prompted this discussion here

I think I've been reading romance novels since I was a teenager. So in a way, it's almost like you fall in love with the idea of falling in love. But I'm glad that when I met my husband, of course it was true love. And he knows that. I still read romance novels. Not really to dive into a different fantasy from our relationship, but because the storyline be so juicy. But I'm a sucker for good stories. I don't read just romance
