We talked about whatever else was going on in life at that time, and that is what we did. And then when we got up, we cleaned the kitchen and focused on cleaning the kitchen and getting everything ready so that we could bathe and go to sleep and get ready for the next day. But we used to take one task at a time. But now, because we've become so busy, I will say and the idea of multitasking has been promoted. So I get it

Usually you see this with like drugs or something like that, but it's actually that blue light. We're literally addicted to our iPhones and the blue light on the screen, like people who get DUIs and all that other stuff like the drunk driving. Well, now you have distracted driving, which is catching up to the drunk driving statistics. So that's pretty scary. So, yeah, we need to get back to the times of focus
