Leveraging the power of your VOICE

article image placeholderYour voice has power. bit.ly/LolitaTakesTedx
Hey there. Today. I did a workshop on leveraging the power of your voice, and I thought I would share it as well. I left five strategies on how to do that. And I'd love to. I have your thoughts. The first was to venture into vulnerability. The next was to own your strength, on your story, on your purpose. The next was to isolate yourself. Sometimes we need that. Then imagine your future self. What are you doing? Who are you with?

These are magical ✨✨ @HeyCoachWalker

Hey, good evening, Coach Walker. I really I really like these. I particularly like the owners story. I feel like and I guess the like, the isolate imagine and immerses, like, kind on a subset of that. But I think that's really important because in my own personal life, like, I am who I am. And I think the less I fight with who I am and the more I begin to accept who I am

The voice is definitely an undervalued tool that we all need to tap in to!

And I think if we are able to tap into being able to speak our truth, speak what it is that we really, truly feel, then people are going to be able to just release so much more of themselves that they could otherwise be holding back anybody who's held their tongue in a room for whatever reason, if they could only just speak and have themselves heard, it could change their lives. So yeah, absolutely agree with you

I think the challenge is to recognize the smaller, quieter voices out there that don't feel that they have agency to enter into conversations because they might have fear of their own voice. And the trend is moving, at least with this app, to welcome in all kinds of voices and find a sort of a runway for people to kind of go on so they can feel like they can begin with the smallest voice and then emerge with more strength and more confidence as they start to use their voice

It was so good. I loved it. Yes. Giving the agency to your voice. Finding that agency, this undervalued tool that we all need to tap into. I appreciate it. All right, let me do this. Next one, and we'll chat soon
