How has grief changed you?

You're. Hello. I am asking the question today, how has your grief changed you? And I'm just sitting here and being very conscious of how my grief has changed me, whether it's how I talk to my partner, how I interact with my child, how I interact with my friends, family, all the above, how I interact with even colleagues. I think that grief will forever be changing me and be this undercurrent

But the grief just magnified the issues that were already there. And so grief has changed me because I lost a lot with the death, and this has been ten learn ago, but I lost a lot. Grief does come in waves. It does come and go. There's times where I'll think about him and my mom and I'll be happy, and there's times I'll think about them and I'll be sad. So it just depends

Hi, Dr. Shaw. Interesting post. So how has grief changed me? Grief has caused me to think more before I speak grief has caused me to be more cautious but it also has taught me to take more risk. Grief has pushed me to be more goal oriented and to use more time management. Grief has caused me to have a closer relationship with my feelings and emotions I no longer seek to hide them. Grief will cause you to release pain even if you don't want to

It. Hi, Dr. Shaw. I stumbled upon your question by doing a search and it struck chord. How has grief changed me? It's motivated me. I've experienced grief tremendously from a young child all the way up until the past three years ago. Kitha very heartbreaking divorce. And one thing I've taken away from a lot of it is the fact that it has helped me become a better person

And being able to even magnify friendships, maybe many of us listening here, we've been able to hold up that grief as a magnifying lens, to say who was there or is still there. For me, that could magnify your friendships in different ways
