Thoughts on Disney/Pixar Elemental

article image placeholderUploaded by @heidi
Disney Pixar's Elemental was released in theaters yesterday and my husband and I went to go see it. We're Disney fans and I have to say I went into this movie not really feeling any way about it. I wasn't excited to see it, but I wasn't opposed to seeing it as well. I'm going to try and say as much as I can without giving too much away. Overall, I do think the movie was cute from the trailer

Hello there! I love your summary of the Elemental movie. I got to see the movie last night and I wanted to share my thoughts with you if that’s OK!

However, I did feel like it correlated more with real life stuff like interracial dating and all that, because it did show the struggles of coming from completely different worlds and then they have to learn about each other's culture in order to make things work. Now about the ending, I didn't feel like it was too abrupt and all that because the ending showed that things do not change overnight. Things have to be taken one step at a time

I wasn't saying that the ending was bad or it just seemed like it was so fast paced and it was like, okay, we did everything we needed to do, and the movies, TV going to stop now, but overall, I think it was a good movie. It was fun, and they did have some really nice and beautiful moments. So thanks for responding and I hope you have a wonderful day

Only because I think they did such a great job building this world for us and they didn't explore it as much as they could. You kind of spoke to that a little bit. I saw a movie earlier this year called You People with Jonah Hill and it was a dating film, a rom.com about this Jewish kid and this black woman from La. Both of them from La. And they get together and they want to get married and they have to meet each other's families
