It's really interesting the different points of view the different health practitioners have. But that was his advice. It's very practical, and it worked for me. Plus, I changed my diet to a lot less dairy. It just happened gradually throughout my lifetime, but as well, just staying active. Our bodies are meant to work, not to vegetate, not to be in a sitting position, but as human beings, our bodies are made for work, physical work
