Magnesium CAN help to reduce your number of migraines, BUT...

I recently learned from a Tik Tok video and personal experience that magnesium supplements differ in the results they give. Like I knew that they were different in how they absorb and that they will generally give you the benefits that you're looking for. But I had no idea there were any sort of drawbacks. I bought one of the cheaper options available, but then I saw the video and then the package arrived and I learned I bought the absolute worst kind of magnesium magnesium oxide

Some types of magnesium produce side effects!! (Magnesium Oxide vs Magnesium Bis-Glycinate)

And a couple of people in my family, especially my mom, is really big into nutropics and supplements and herbs and things like that, and she's always given me the glass glycinates, and that helps me get good sleep and reduces headaches and migraines, and I still have joint pain. I think it's because I work out pretty intensely, and I think that's just the way that it's going to be. But what I can tell is my sleep has definitely been improved from the glycinate
