Well, one thing is to try to reframe our thinking around the forbidden thing. Instead of seeing it as something we can't have, we can try to focus on the positive things we can have instead. For example, if we're trying to stick to a diet, we can remind ourselves of all the delicious and healthy foods that we can enjoy. Another strategy is to give ourselves permission to indulge in moderation

Hi, Hansika. And firstly, I would really like to comment you on the way you deliver your information. I think it's actually hard to capture audience, but when I do listen to you, I make sure that I get to the end of it. And also again, very interesting topic. I totally agree with you. I mean, what me? Everybody can that we are so attracted to things we cannot have because, you know, the psychology out of the league
