Hello friends, you can love someone else when you love yourself because if you do not respect yourself then neither you will be able to respect the person in front of you nor you will be able to make selfrespected. So learn to love yourself, your dreams and yes thinking for yourself is not being selfish. Talking to yourself, spending time with yourself is not being selfish. Thank you

Thank you for sharing that. I like to say that putting myself first is not selfish. So self first is not selfish because until I look after myself first, I'm likely not able to be there for others to show up for others to the degree that I am carrying for myself, refuels my tank, fills my tank and allows me to show up and be more present in life
