What to do right after graduation - masters or job??🤧

article image placeholderUploaded by @gungunbansal_
Or some people choose to work right after completion of UG degree. Why? According to me, people should pursue Masters after undergraduate rather than going for a job. But outside the India, many universities ask for working experience before getting into any Masters degree. So it depends on which University you are seeking for admission. I believe we are at early stages of our life and we are more motivated and energetic in that period. So it would be easier for us to complete a master's degree after graduation

It doesn't matter when you start what matters is you start #SAYITONSWELL #WHATSYOURPOV

You know if you're doing any course other than engineering then you should definitely go for Masters. Otherwise in once you do the engineering, all that matters is your work experience because that's how you actually learn loans. It's just a practical field. So any brands otherwise should be like you guys should consider Masters. If you're not doing engineering

Don't get me wrong, master degree holders, I really appreciate them learning a lot of stuff. Even that's a great way. And it's just that not only the master degree holders have the knowledge. That's my point of view. There are a lot of people who didn't finish Master, but still they have a lot of knowledge. Right. So yeah, these are some of my thoughts on this and this is my pop

Hi Vartika. Hope you're doing great and you come up with such a beautiful answer. Would say, like, if you're we are in the practical world, we shouldn't go for the master, we should go for the experience. And if you are in theatrical work, I would say the degree matters where you should definitely off for Masters. So thank you so much vodka for coming here and replying. Helping

So people should see that side also. And I totally agreed with what you said here. But I want to add one thing like in India, not specifically saying for anything else but saying for India, if you just had an experience, if you just know the practical knowledge and you don't have a degree now, you will just work as a wage labor or like no one appreciates that you have the knowledge. Everyone appreciates the degree here

But there are few people like that who has knowledge of PhD level, but they didn't do more than a Bachelor. There are quite a few people, and it's a shame that they don't have proper jobs unless they become entrepreneurs. They don't have a good job for the knowledge. It's only for the certificate. That's the only problem we have in India and that's not the only problem. We do have a lot of problem in Indian education system
