And why has Indian constitution or defined hate speech? So, the Constitution of India is a document that enumerates our civil rights, fundamental duties and the basics of our administrative structure. It is not a legislation on crime. Hate speech is a crime in India under 13 conditions. The Indian Penal Code 1816, section 153 A and 153 B enemy and defines specific offenses that are informally known as hate speech

Every single thing. There shouldn't be so much negativity around us that every single thing that is even happening for the good is being criticized. I do believe that constructive criticism is healthy for a development of a nation, but over criticism and not praising the good things or not valuing the things that are already available is what is really a fault in the system. And, yeah, just towards the end, I would like to say that I'm looking forward to more of your swells

I really think that this swell is very important because awareness regarding hate speech is necessary and hate speech can really affect a person's mental, personal and professional health.
