And it's so interesting because I think procrastination has so much to do with fear of failure. And if you have the date set, it almost posits the idea that you can't not succeed because the date is real. And, you know, the day after that date, it already happened. So you're like, oh, after that date, I will have succeeded. So it's a very self fulfilling activity if you can really give yourself the gift of that commitment and that date
