So, yeah, reading the four agreements and practicing that amount of time that I was learning how to meditate. What that meant, just sitting and watching my thoughts and practicing, not judging them, allowing emotions to arise, and not stuffing my mouth full of food to distract myself from feeling. This is how I lived my life. And that book and the fact that I practiced just being with these different things transformed my life. I am a happier, healthier, healthier, more aware person

And it's such a great book to kind of write our ships towards the horizon defined by us. Of course, that's the whole point of that book. It really puts you at the steering wheel. And I guess my favorite of those is not to make assumptions, because I think it frees up so much of the burden of thinking. We need to know everything all the time and be mind readers and to be able to say, you know what? I'm not going to assume this
