And we talked, we laughed, we had fun, we ate, and it just felt so genuine, it felt real. And I felt like there was a real connection that was made for me with them. And it's funny because I'm at a place in my life where I finally feel like I have a community of people around me. Well, I have felt that way in the past, but again, I always kind of felt like I couldn't really be myself completely

I love this post. I agree with it and everything it stands for community, the whole aspect. I'm so stoked for you that you're finding that group of people, or at least the start of that group of people, and so many associations. I feel like I can relate to you in the sense of understanding how when you really start to accept a higher caliber of connections, you eventually get that it may be slow, but I think that may be for the best
