Session 18: Hearings are for Listening. What have we lost?
And so much of how we speak into the world has to do with who's listening and what we expect from that listening and how we listen back. And I am really upset right now as I hear the hearings and I think about the grandstanding and the missed opportunity to reflect in a moment when you're hearing something maybe for the first time and you're listening and you're saying, wow, I didn't know that piece of information or I didn't know that perspective
